I have a rifle with a exotic sigil of accuracy but...
Here's me using my accuracy rifle:
55% crit chance, but...

I have 6 Superior Runes of Pirate on my set of Explorer heavy armor [rare] but on each piece it says Superior Rune of Pirate (0/6) and none of the attribute bonuses show up as highlighted.
