The issue has been fixed in that the vendors have been disabled for further use, so this is in no way a means to distribute knowledge of said exploit.

Background:
In the 25-35 zone, there is an event mob that used to spawn roughly every 3 minutes, in the same place.
Killing the mob completes an event, giving players 1000XP, 100 karma, 60 copper.
