"That content has been temporarily disabled"

So I just hit level 80, and went to the Chantry of Secrets to buy some Order of Whispers armor and weapons. I got the armor, but when I tried to buy the weapons the vendor wouldn't let me:

Has anyone had the same thing or knows why this might happen?
